RABS20M Fast Recovery Bridge Rectifier

Taiwan Semiconductor RABS20M Fast Recovery Bridge Rectifier is designed with a glass passivated junction capable of high surge current. This bridge rectifier is rated with 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 2A forward current, making it ideal for automated placement. The Taiwan Semiconductor RABS20M bridge rectifier is ideally used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), adapters, and lighting applications. The device is halogen-free, Pb-free, and RoHS-compliant.
