SMLD12x LED

ROHM Semiconductor SMLD12x LED的可选颜色范围从红色到绿色和白色，以满足市场需求。SMLD12x LED是具有长寿命的迷你模压芯片LED，即使在使用1000小时后的剩余光通维持率也高达100%。通常采用高模压硬度环氧树脂来生产紧凑型模压式LED。然而，对于短波LED (λD<527nm），如白光LED，树脂可能在光能作用下变色。SMLD12x LED采用了一种新材料作为密封树脂。在运行测试期间，该材料保持了100%的亮度（25ºC，IF=20mA，1000小时）。
