Torex Semiconductor XBP06V0U25R-G Low Capacitance Transient-Voltage-Suppression (TVS) Diode is intended for 2-channel applications, supports bi-directional operation, and offers ESD protection. The XBP06V0U25R-G TVS diode comes in a 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.55m sized surface-mount FBP1006-2A type package making this diode ideal for high-density electronic devices. This diode operates within a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and offers up to 2A peak pulse current. The diode is EU RoHS compliant while being halogen and antimony-free. The XBP06V0U25R-G TVS diode readily applies to USB 3.0, HDMI, DVI, and portable equipment.
