ADC366x双通道数模转换器

Texas Instruments ADC366x双通道模数转换器（ADC）是低噪声、超低功耗、16位或14位、10MSPS至125MSPS高速双通道ADC。这些器件设计用于实现低噪声性能，噪声频谱密度为 –158dBFS/Hz（ADC3661、ADC3662、ADC3663、ADC3664）或-159dBFS/Hz（ADC3660），具有出色的线性度和动态范围。ADC366x具有良好的直流精度和IF采样支持，因此适用于各种应用。仅一个时钟周期的短延迟对高速控制环路有益。该ADC在65MSPS时仅消耗71mW/ch (ADC3660) 或 94mW/ch (ADC3661、ADC3662、ADC3663、ADC3664)，在采样率较低的情况下功耗也很高。
