LV Connectors

Schaltbau LV Connectors are configurable high-current charging connectors designed for DC power transfer between vehicles, batteries, and charging equipment. The product family includes the LV80/120, LV160/250, LV320/400, and LV500 series, providing scalable charging solutions for a wide range of industrial battery-powered systems. These connectors incorporate an optimized main contact system with solid power contacts that help minimize contact resistance and self-heating while reducing mating and unmating forces. This design supports long service life, improved ergonomics, and reliable current transmission in demanding industrial environments. Schaltbau LV Connectors comply with the requirements of EN 1175 and DIN VDE 0623-589 for high current-carrying capacity. Their modular architecture supports optional pilot contacts for battery management, as well as adapter options for airflow and water-filling during charging.
