ZZZ-Eulex XG3 Three-Terminal Gap Capacitors
Eulex XG3 Three-Terminal Gap Capacitors are three-terminal gap capacitors with platinum (Pt) or gold (Au) metallization for solder or epoxy die attach. The Eulex XG3 is a single-layer SMD device with a novel embedded-electrode capacitor design that eliminates wire bonds and vias. These gap capacitors feature extremely low equivalent series inductance (ESL) of <15pH (typical). The XG3 series also offers low equivalent series resistance (ESR), enabling high power handling. Applications include RF and microwave circuits, high-frequency coupling and tuning networks, and precision impedance matching.
