Hammond Manufacturing 1418LP Type 4/12 Mild Steel Wall-Mount Enclosures
Hammond Manufacturing 1418LP Type 4/12 Mild Steel Wall-Mount Enclosures are constructed with formed 14-gauge steel and smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts, or holes. These rugged enclosures comply with the IEC 60529 (IP66) standard and with Type 3R, 4, 12, and 13 requirements for UL 508A, cUL, and NEMA standards. The 1418LP enclosures feature welded mounting brackets, a padlock provision, and collar studs for mounting optional inner panels (sold separately). The door is secured with easily operated stainless steel clamps, while a formed lip on the door and enclosure keeps out flowing liquids and contaminants. Hammond Manufacturing 1418LP Type 4/12 Mild Steel Wall-Mount Enclosures provide protection from falling dirt, dust, oil, and water, creating a safe place to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls and instruments.
