Mini-Circuits HJK-251H+ Frequency Mixer
Mini-Circuits HJK-251H+ Frequency Mixer is a surface-mount, level 17 FET-based frequency mixer with an RF frequency range of 40MHz to 250MHz. This frequency mixer offers an LO frequency range of 10MHz to 220MHz, and an IF frequency range of 10MHz to 90MHz. The HJK-251H+ frequency mixer features a double-balanced FET configuration that delivers an outstanding combination of low conversion loss, low noise figure, and high IP3 performance. This frequency mixer is housed in a miniature, shielded 6-lead package (0.38" x 0.5" x 0.23"), saving space in tight PCB layouts. The HJK-251H+ frequency mixer is +RoHS-compliant and operates with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
