Mitsumi MM3609ARRE Analog Front-End IC

Mitsumi MM3609ARRE Analog Front-End Integrated Circuit (IC) is a high-performance sensor interface device that converts analog sensor outputs into digitally processed data for communication with microcontrollers and other host systems. Designed to support a wide range of sensor types, the IC integrates a 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a wide dynamic range and on-chip non-volatile memory for storing sensor calibration coefficients. An embedded temperature sensor for temperature compensation and selectable I2C or SPI communication interfaces are also included.

The Mitsumi MM3609ARRE also features programmable sensor excitation with constant-current and constant-voltage drive modes, a built-in oscillator that eliminates the need for external timing components, and configurable resolution and data output rates. These features make the IC an ideal solution for precision sensing applications such as pressure measurement, load cells, industrial instrumentation, medical devices, and other systems requiring accurate sensor data acquisition and digital signal processing.
