Nisshinbo NC2650 1A Step-Down Switching Regulator
Nisshinbo NC2650 1A Step-Down Switching Regulator is a synchronous rectification step-down switching regulator using CMOS-based with PWM/PFM automatic alternating function. This product achieves an ultra-low quiescent current of only 85 nA, making it ideal for battery-powered portable devices such as wearables and IoT devices. Because this regulator exhibits high efficiency under light-load conditions, it extends battery life in intermittent-operation applications. It also enables the use of a small inductor (0.47μH), thereby reducing space requirements. The Nisshinbo NC2650 also delivers low-ripple voltage and fast load-transient response, providing stable power quality. The shutdown function is implemented by switching the EN pin, and auto-discharge can be selected, enabling flexible power supply design.
