Nisshinbo NJR4267 Radar Sensor Doppler Modules

Nisshinbo NJR4267 Radar Sensor Doppler Modules are all-in-one modules with a built-in microwave circuit, antenna, and MCU for control and signal processing. These modules are equipped with an algorithm to detect moving objects and human bodies, helping customers shorten their product development time. The NJR4267 supports UART/PWM/digital-output interfaces. These modules are available in a small and low-profile package measuring 17.2mm x 25mm x 3.1mm. Typical applications include lighting equipment, security equipment, monitoring equipment, and human sensors for embedding in various equipment.

Features

  • Motion detector using the 24GHz microwave doppler
  • Antenna, RF circuit, IF amp, MCU, and voltage regulator are integrated
  • Equipped with an optimal algorithm for detecting moving objects and human bodies:
    • Detection of movements peculiar to the human body and detection of microvibrations
    • Signal processing to reduce random noise components
    • Identification of moving direction (approaching/separating) of target object
    • Supports UART/PWM/digital-output interfaces
  • 1.5mA typical low power consumption by intermittent operation at 3.8V
  • Antenna angle (half width) H plane/V plane:
    • ±40°/±55° antenna type A
    • ±42°/±33° antenna type B
  • Maximum detection range distance directly in front of the sensor (pedestrian):
    • 20m antenna type A
    • 30m antenna type B
  • Small and low-profile package
