NXP Semiconductors FRDM-A-S32K358 Development Board
NXP Semiconductors FRDM-A-S32K358 Development Board is designed for general-purpose industrial and automotive applications. Built around the S32K358 microcontroller (MCU) in a compact 289-ball grid array (BGA) package, the FRDM-A-S32K358 delivers the performance, safety, and flexibility needed for next-generation body, zonal control, electrification, and mobility applications. It features dual 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 cores operating in lockstep to support ASIL D functional safety, plus an additional Arm Cortex-M7 core running at up to 240MHz for enhanced processing flexibility.
With up to 8MB of on-chip Flash, Hardware Security Engine (HSE)–B, over-the-air (OTA) update support, advanced connectivity, an integrated floating-point unit (FPU), and low-power capabilities, the platform supports secure, efficient, and scalable system development. The NXP Semiconductors FRDM-A-S32K358 offers a standard-based form factor compatible with the Arduino® UNO pin layout, providing a broad range of expansion board options for quick application prototyping and demonstration.
