onsemi FAN53730EVB Evaluation Board
onsemi FAN53730EVB Evaluation Board is a compact circuit including the FAN53730, a 3A Constant-On-Time (COT) buck regulator in a 12-bump Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP). The device’s constant-on-time topology provides fast transient recovery and optimal efficiency across the load range due to the variable-frequency operation. The onsemi FAN53730EVB Evaluation Board provides probe access points to all key circuit nodes, enabling measurement of electrical characteristics.
The PICPODEVK I2C dongle is required for I2C communication with the evaluation board and must be ordered separately.
