Power Electronics for DC Grids

Phoenix Contact delivers reliable power electronics for DC networks. Active AC/DC power supply units, known as Active Infeed Converters (AICs), enable efficient DC grid integration with public AC grids. Thanks to bidirectional operation and certification to VDE-AR-N 4110 and VDE-AR-N 4105, excess energy can be safely returned to the utility network.
