Teledyne LeCroy Differential Probes
Teledyne LeCroy Differential Probes measure the difference in voltage of a test point in relation to another test point. These probes include the ZD series (ZD500, ZD1000, and ZD1500) and the AP033, all of which are active differential probes. The ZD series probes provide a wide dynamic range, excellent noise and loading performance. These ZD probes also provide an extensive set of probe tips, leads, and ground accessories to handle a wide range of probing scenarios. The AP033 differential probe features low noise, low input capacitance, high common mode rejection, and FET-buffered inputs in the probe head. This AP033 probe is powered directly from an oscilloscope through the ProBus® interface. Typical applications include RF systems, automotive, serial data, power, and general-purpose.
