Pico Technology PicoScope® 5000E Oscilloscopes and MSOs feature 16-bit mode with up to 200MHz bandwidth, 2.5GS/s sampling, and 1GS capture memory. These oscilloscopes are the first four-channel oscilloscopes to offer 16-bit resolution with a low noise floor and high dynamic range to measure low-level signals.
