Texas Instruments TDEL1G533/-Q1 Single Momentary Switch Interfaces

Texas Instruments TDEL1G533/-Q1 Single Momentary Switch Interfaces simplify power-button implementation in electronic systems. TI provides separate Schmitt-trigger inputs for switches connected to either the positive supply or ground. Activating either input latches the output on, while holding the input active beyond the shutdown delay latches the output off.

The Texas Instruments TDEL1G533/-Q1 Switch Interfaces deliver active-high and active-low latching outputs, an active-high reset input, and an open-drain pass-through output. The pass-through circuit supplies a debounced version of either input and supports a separate power domain for connection to lower-voltage microcontrollers. Preconfigured digital timing eliminates the need for external timing components, while the automotive TDEL1G533-Q1 adds AEC-Q100 qualification.
