Texas Instruments THS4536 Fully Differential Amplifier (FDA)

Texas Instruments THS4536 Fully Differential Amplifier (FDA) is a 60MHz high-precision amplifier designed to drive fully differential Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) up to 2MSPS. This trimmed amplifier features 80MHz gain bandwidth, 20µV (maximum) offset voltage, 0.8μV/°C (maximum) offset drift, and 2.7V to 5.5V supply operating range. The THS4536 amplifier provides higher transient current output drive to meet the needs of Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC charge injection and delta-sigma (ΔΣ) ADC precharge buffers. This trimmed amplifier provides package-level trim for offset and offset drift. Typical applications include 16-bit to 20-bit, differential, SAR, and ΔΣ drivers, differential active filters, motor drives, battery testers, and power analyzers.
