Vishay / Thin Film IGBR Thin Film Resistors

Vishay / Thin Film IGBR Resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified high-power back-contact resistors designed for SiC, GaN, and IGBT power modules. These resistors utilize the excellent thermal properties of silicon to enable ultra-high power ratings in a miniature case size for hybrid assemblies. The IGBR resistors require only a single wire bond, saving hybrid assembly space and helping reduce or eliminate noise in SiC power modules. These thin film resistors support operating temperatures up to 200°C, and are available with sintering, soldering, or epoxy attachment options. Typical applications include automotive electrification, industrial HVAC systems, alternative energy equipment, MRI systems, LED lighting, data servers, and other high-power hybrid assemblies.
