SK36SMA Schottky Diode

Diotec Semiconductor SK36SMA Schottky Diode features low forward voltage drop and high average forward current. This diode is RoHS and REACH compliant and weighs around 0.07g. The SK36SMA Schottky diode operates at -50°C to 150°C temperature range, 3A of forward current, and 60V of repetitive reverse voltage. This diode offers 700mV of forward voltage, 80A of forward surge current, and 100μA of reverse current. The Schottky diode is typically used in polarity protection, free-wheeling diodes, and as an output rectifier in DC/DC converters.

SKx Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor SKx Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diodes feature a low forward voltage drop and high average forward current. Diodes with the -AQ suffix are AEC-Q101 qualified. These SKx diodes come in a UL 94V-0 case material and a -50°C to +150°C operating junction temperature range.
