DF63系列3.96mm间距板对线连接器

Hirose Electric DF63 3.96mm间距的板对线连接器在使用16AWG导线时，最大额定电流为10A。DF63的锁定机构具有清晰且可感知的咔嗒声，可防止不完全插配和插错。排针配有导柱，可防止在PCB上反向插入。Lance是外壳的一部分，而非端子的一部分，这可防止组装过程中导线缠绕。触点之间的壁结构有助于隔离接触并防止触点之间的短路。Hirose DF63连接器支持高达5mm灌封。针排采用玻璃纤维增强树脂，可防止因热收缩导致焊锡开裂。键控选项可防止因同一电路板上使用多个连接器而导致的错误连接。当使用相同针脚数时，提供两种具有不同键控选项的版本。
