The power-on-demand midspan technology is an effective and practical solution to these challenges. These PoE midspans deliver power to VoIP phones, wireless LAN access points, remote IP security cameras, access control devices, RFID readers, and motion detectors. Single-port extenders are available, extending power and data up to 200m from a network switch.

30W/90W Single-Port Power over Ethernet (PoE)

Phihong 30W/90W Single-Port Power over Ethernet (PoE) supports a 24V_AC AC input and a 10V_DC to 55V_DC wide DC input range. These PoE feature over‑current, over‑voltage, and short‑circuit protection for enhanced operational safety. The 30W/90W single-port PoE is certified under UL 62368‑1 and IEC 62368‑1 safety standards. These PoE offer a 56V DC output voltage and 10mA minimum load current. The POE30D-1ATP-R PoE complies with IEEE802.3at and the POE90D-1BTP-R complies with IEEE802.3bt. Typical applications include wireless network access points and security cameras.
