ISL97687四通道LED驱动器

Renesas Electronics ISL97876 4通道LED驱动器支持四个LED电流通道，用于显示器和电视LCD背光应用。SL97687采用9V至32V输入电源，能够驱动每通道160mA电流，最大额定电流源为75V（绝对值）。ISL97687的电流源实现±1%典型电流匹配。同时，该器件动态保持稳压所需的最低VOUT。该自适应方案可补偿LED灯串中正向电压差异的非均匀性。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
