Si841x & Si842x 5kV Digital Isolators

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si841x and Si842x 5kV digital isolators expand the existing ISOpro family to offer up to 5kV isolation rating options. The robust architecture of the Si841x and Si842x 5kV digital isolators allows for design into safety-critical systems with up to 3 times the operating life of optocoupler based solutions. Skyworks Si841x and Si842x 5kV digital isolators support data rates from DC up to 150Mbps to fit a wide variety of applications from signaling to real-time data acquisition. These Skyworks devices enable operation in environments that demand higher levels of isolation and protection, industrial and medical applications, and allow for universal power system design with support for global voltage levels. The Si841x and Si842x 5kV digital isolators feature optimized isolator design that includes reliability enhancements such as improved ESD circuitry that provides up to 2 times better ESD performance compared to competing for digital isolators and 2 times better common mode transient immunity than optocoupler solutions.
