ADS5400 Analog-to-Digital Converter

The Texas Instruments ADS5400 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) operates from both a 5V supply and 3.3V supply while providing LVDS-compatible digital outputs. The TI ADS5400 ADC features 1-GSPS sample rate, 12-bit resolution, and 2.1 GHz input bandwidth. This TI ADC is designed to provide low latency for time critical applications and for the conversion of signals up to 2GHz of input frequency at 1 GSPS. The TI ADS5400 offers outstanding low noise performance and spurious-free dynamic range over a large input frequency range and is ideal for a variety of applications, including test and measurement instrumentation, ultra-wide band software-defined radio, data acquisition, power amplifier linearization, and more.
