Texas Instruments LP5891/LP5891-Q1 48x16 LED矩阵驱动器是一款高度集成的共阴极LED矩阵驱动器，具有48个恒定电流源和16个扫描FET。该器件采用高速上升沿传输接口，支持较高的器件数菊花链，同时最大限度地降低电磁干扰 (EMI)，并具有40MHz至160MHz的内部GCLK速率范围。LP5891/LP5891-Q1可在运行期间进行LED开路/弱短路/短路检测和清除。 Texas Instruments LP5891-Q1器件符合汽车应用类AEC-Q100标准。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
