The TI SN65LVELT23 is a 3.3V dual differential LVPECL / LVDS buffer to LVTTL translator with 24 mA LVTTL outputs, operating range of 3.0V to 3.6V with GND = 0V, and support for clock frequencies to >180 MHz.
