德州仪器 TLC59291 恒流 LED 驱动器是一款 8/16 通道恒定灌电流 LED 驱动器。可通过向内部寄存器写入数据对每一通道进行开关操作。所有 16 个通道的恒定电流值都由单个外部电阻器设置，此电阻器支持 128 步全局亮度控制（BC）。TLC59291 具有六种错误标记：LED 开路检测（LOD）、LED 短路检测（LSD）、输出漏流检测（OLD）、基准端短路检测（ISF）、过热预警（PTW）及过热指示（TEF）。此外，LOD 和 LSD 功能还提供隐形检测模式（IDM）。这种模式即使在输出关断时仍可检测这些故障。故障检测结果可以通过串行接口端口读取。TLC59291 在常规模式时静态电流低，还具有省电模式，在所有输出关断时可将总流耗设置为 10µA（典型值）。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
