Texas Instruments TPS3818G25 Microprocessor Supervisory Circuits feature ±15% programmable-delay accuracy and a low typical quiescent current of 2.4µA, providing a low power drain ideal for portable battery-powered applications. The device offers a power-on reset generator with an adjustable delay time of 1.25ms to 10s, as well as a high threshold accuracy of 0.5% for tight control of reset time. The fixed threshold voltage of 0.9V to 5V supports low voltage processors. The TPS3818G25 is available in a SON package, and other EEPROM spins are available.
