TCRxBM 500mA/800mA LDO Voltage Regulators

Toshiba TCRxBM 500mA/800mA LDO (Low Dropout) Voltage Regulators provide various output voltages that make them suitable for power supply applications. These devices' output voltages range from 0.8V to 3.6V. Applications include microcontroller unit (MCU) power supplies, radio frequency (RF) power supplies, and power supplies for complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor sensors (CMOS) of cameras in mobile devices or image and audio-visual equipment. These devices also use N-channel MOSFETs with low On-resistance, reducing dropout voltage and holding power loss to about 67% of conventional products. These devices have reduced quiescent current when compared to conventional products, allowing for lower power consumption and longer operating times in battery-driven devices.

TCR8BM LDO Voltage Regulators

Toshiba TCR8BM LDO (Low Dropout) Voltage Regulators are 800mA CMOS single-output voltage regulators with an on/off control input. These Voltage Regulators feature high PSRR, low inrush current, and fast load transient response. Toshiba TCR8BM Voltage Regulators use a secondary bias rail as a reference voltage, allowing an Ultra Low Dropout rating of 170mV (Typ.) at I_OUT = 800mA ( 1.1V output, V_BIAS = 3.3V).
