The FPF1039 series demonstrates low shutdown current drain to help facilitate compliance in low-standby power applications. The FPF1320 and FPF1321 switches perform seamless power-source transitions between two input power rails using the SEL pin with the advanced break-before-make operation. onsemi IntelliMAX Advanced Load Management Switches are ideal for smart devices and portable storage devices that require a high current capability and low ON-resistance solution for power path management.

IntelliMAX™ Slew Rate Controlled Load Switches

onsemi IntelliMAX™ Slew Rate Controlled Load Switches are advanced load-management switches that consist of slew-rate controlled low-impedance or low on-resistance MOSFET switches. These switches feature slew-rate controlled low-impedance MOSFET switch and other integrated analog features. onsemi IntelliMAX switches find their applications in consumer, optical, medical, storage, portable, and industrial device power management
