The ADXL100x MEMS Accelerometers include an integrated full electrostatic Self Test (ST) function and an OverRange (OR) indicator. The ST function and OR indicator enable advanced system level features that are useful for embedded applications. With its low-power 3.3V to 5.25V single-supply operation, the accelerometers also facilitate wireless sensing product design.
Available in a 5mm x 5mm x 1.80mm LFCSP package, the ADXL100x MEMS Accelerometers are rated for an industrial -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
