Bourns TBU-RS双通道高速保护器
Bourns® TBU-RS双通道高速保护器是一款瞬态阻断单元(TBU)过流和TVS过压保护器，用于RS-485通信接口。这种高速保护器具有1μs快速保护响应时间和850V最大脉冲电压。TBU-RS保护器的尺寸为8mm x 5.5mm，符合RoHS指令。该过流保护器非常适合用于RS-485接口浪涌保护和天线接口标准组 (AISG) 调制解调器保护。
