Apacer Technology Inc. SS220-300B mSATA mini Serial ATA Flash Drives are well-balanced Solid State Disk (SSD) drives with a compact form factor (mSATA mini) and excellent performance. Designed in SATA 6Gbps interface, the mSATA SSD delivers incredible read/write speed. The internal controlling unit of the mSATA SSD is designed with DRAM for improved random performance for data efficiency. These flash drives consume 265mA power in active mode and 80mA in idle mode. These serial ATA flash drives feature a 3.3V±5% supply voltage and operate within -40°C to 85°C wide temperature range. The SS220-300B mSATA flash drives come with various flash management enhancements, such as powerful hardware ECC engine, power saving modes, SMART, TRIM, and power failure management.
