BD820xxFVJ Single Channel High Side Switch ICs

ROHM's BD820xxFVJ Single Channel High Side Switch ICs employ an N-channel power MOSFET with low on-resistance and low supply current for the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB) applications. These each have an over-current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start circuit built-in. These devices are ideal for power management in USB memory sticks, expansion modules for PCs, and other digital devices.

Power Management Switch ICs

ROHM Power Management Switch ICs integrate a low ON-resistance MOSFET and multiple protection circuits on a single chip. The switch ICs offer low loss, high efficiency, and a stable and reliable operation. The Power Management Switch IC family includes 1-channel high side, 2-channel high side, load, and controller ICs for high-side NMOSFETs. The devices are ideal for power management in USB memory sticks, PC expansion modules, and other digital devices.
