CL High & Ultra-High Capacitance MLCCs

Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High and Ultra-High Capacitance Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature a 4700pF to 220µF capacitance range that makes them ideal for industrial, commercial, and automotive applications. These modules operate over a 2.5VDC to 100VDC voltage range and have an X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, or Y5V dielectric. Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High and Ultra-High Capacitance MLCCs are offered in 0201, 0402, 0504, 0603, 0805, 1206, or 1210 package sizes. AEC-Q200-qualified versions are available.

CL MLCC Standard Normal Capacitors

Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL MLCC Standard Normal Capacitors are broadly available chip-type capacitor that temporarily charges and remove noise in electric circuits. These standard normal capacitors offer various sizes and a wide range of capacities. The CL Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC) provide a structural capacity to mount chips on a PCB at high speed. Typical applications include automotive, smartphones, PC, HDD/SSD boards, tablets, displays, game machines, and DC-DC converters.
