VCC has expanded its line of Flexfire™ FLX Series Flexible LED Light Pipes to include light pipes for a smaller 3mm footprint. The FLX3 Light Pipes are also available in lengths of 2", 4", 6", 8", and 12", and work with the SMB 200, SML 190, and SMQ 250 panel lenses.

VCC Flexfire™ flexible LED light pipes provide the simplest method of transmitting light from a PCB-mounted (through hole or surface mount) LED to a front panel. VCC Flexfire fiber-optic LED light pipes offer wide design capabilities for various lens styles, including wide angle, moisture-sealed, and high profile. VCC Flexfire flexible light pipes come in pre-cut lengths of 2", 4", 6", 8", and 12" with easy-to-use LED interfacing for 3mm through-hole and surface-mount LEDs. These flexible light pipes provide numerous advantages over traditional copper wire solutions, including immunity to EMI. The VCC Flexfire also does not conduct or transfer ESD pulses.
