Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Rectifiers feature zero reverse recovery current and positive temperature coefficient. These rectifiers are temperature-independent and operate at -55°C to +175°C temperature range. The MCC SiC Schottky rectifiers also offer no switching loss, higher efficiency, reduced EMI, and reduced heat sink requirements.
