Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)

ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small, thin packages and offer a wide range of detection voltages. The ICs can be used for every application equipped with controllers like microcontrollers, CPUs, or DSPs. The ROHM voltage detector IC series offers CMOS and open drain output. The output of reset signal can be selected for the connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible so that they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free and meet RoHS.

BD4142HFV CMOS Voltage Detector IC

ROHM Semiconductor BD4142HFV is a single-channel voltage detector integrated circuit for monitoring an input voltage line. The default detected voltage is 0.5V and is adjustable via external resistors. This ROHM IC can monitor an input voltage supply and outputs a HIGH signal via a PGOOD pin when the supply rises above the threshold and LOW when below. Applications include personal computers, LCD TVs, printers, set-top boxes, and digital appliances.
