ADR44x XFET电压基准

Analog Devices ADR44x XFET基准电压源具有超低噪声、高精度和低温度漂移性能。利用Analog Devices的温度漂移曲率校正专利技术和XFET（外加离子注入场效应管）技术，可以使ADR44x电压随温度变化的非线性度大幅降至最小。XFET基准电压源的噪声性能优于嵌入式齐纳基准电压源。XFET基准电压源所需的电源电压裕量较小(0.5V)。这些特性相结合，使ADR44x基准电压源非常适合用于高端数据采集系统、光纤网络和医疗应用中的精密信号转换。ADR44x XFET®基准电压源的源电流输出最高达10mA，最大吸电流能力为−5mA。该款基准电压源还设有调整端子，可以在0.5%范围内调整输出电压，而性能不受影响。
