MLX90377 Triaxis®磁性位置传感器

Melexis MLX 90377 Triaxis®磁性位置传感器有旋转和线性型号可供选择。MLX90377传感器支持模拟、PWM、SENT和SPC输出，专门设计用于要求苛刻的汽车应用。磁性位置传感器设计采用Triaxis®霍尔技术，可实现高性能和灵活性。MLX90377位置传感器具有片上信号处理功能，可实现稳健的绝对位置检测和增强型串行数据通信。这些磁性位置传感器的工作电源电压范围为4.5V至18V，温度范围为-40°C至160°C。MLX90377传感器采用SOIC-8、TSSOP-16、DMP-4和SMP-3封装。典型应用包括踏板位置传感器、节气门位置传感器、行驶高度位置传感器和小角度位置传感器。
