USB Type-C™ Data Mux & Power Delivery Switches

Toshiba USB Type-C™ Data Mux and Power Delivery Switches support new features and new technology in mobile applications. Devices are charged with USB Power Delivery systems with higher charging voltages than before. For example, a 100W charging system delivers 20V/5A and would require a 30V-tolerant switch. Toshiba provides low-resistance 30V switches, including MOSFETs and IC switches, that provide overvoltage protection and slew rate control.

Toshiba DF6D7M1N and DF10GxMxN ESD Protection Diodes feature an electrostatic discharge rating of ±8kV to ±20kV. These devices offer a junction temperature of 150°C and a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. DF6D7M1N is designed for general ESD protection while DF10GxMxN is ideal for ESD protection in a range of applications, including USB 2.0, USB 3.0, HDMI, SATA/eSATA, DisplayPort interfaces, Digital Visual Interface (DVI), MDDI, and PCI Express.
