MAX22345 4通道数字电流隔离器

Maxim Integrated MAX22345 4通道数字电流隔离器可在电源域不同的电路间传输数字信号。MAX22345在1Mbps速率时的每通道功耗低于0.74mW(1.8V电源)。该隔离器采用增强型隔离,耐压等级为3.75kVRMS(持续60秒)。MAX22345提供所有可能的单向通道配置,以支持任何4通道设计。其中包括SPI、RS-485和数字I/O应用。
