LM5060-Q1高侧保护控制器

Texas Instruments LM5060-Q1高侧保护控制器具有低静态电流，可在正常开/关转换和故障情况下智能控制高侧N沟道MOSFET。近乎恒定的输出电压上升时间源自对涌入电流的控制。提供输入UVLO（具有迟滞）和可编程输入OVP，使能输入提供远程开/关控制。可在单个电容器对初始启动VGS故障检测延迟时间、过渡VDS故障检测延迟时间和连续过流VDS故障检测延迟时间进行设定。MOSFET锁存关闭直到启用输入或UVLO输入处于低电平，但检测到的故障情况一直持续超过了允许的故障延迟时间时则切入高电平。
