ROHM Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified high-reliability and low-loss diodes. These ROHM diodes prevent thermal runaway at high temperatures and reduce power consumption in automotive and power supply devices by approximately 40% compared to conventional ones. The automotive Schottky diodes offer a reverse voltage range between 30V to 150V and 0.03A to 40A average rectified forward current. The Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes feature a 0.35V to 1V low forward voltage range and exhibit high ESD resistance. The low power-consuming quality of these diodes makes them ideal for energy-saving circuits in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs).
