TLA431/TLA432全电容器基准

Texas Instruments TLA431/TLA432全电容器精密可编程基准是三端可调分流稳压器，适用于所有电容器负载。这些模块与行业标准TL431和TL432引脚兼容，但稳定性更好，可支持所有电容器负载。该器件具有输出阴极电压，通过两个外部电阻器，可将其设置为基准电压 (Vref) (2.495)）和36V之间的值。TLA431和TLA432的典型输出阻抗为0.2Ω，并分为I级和Q级两种温度等级。稳压器在整个-40°C至+125°C的温度范围内也能提供良好的稳定性参考电压。Texas Instruments TLA431/TLA432全电容器精密可编程基准是许多应用中齐纳二极管的理想替代品，包括车载稳压、开关电源和可调电源。
