ISP2454 BLUETOOTH® Low Energy 5.4 Module

Insight SiP ISP2454 BLUETOOTH® Low Energy 5.4 Modules are designed to operate in temperatures up to +105°C and offer dimensions of only 8mm x 8mm x 1mm. These modules are designed with advanced features, including angle of arrival (AoA) and Bluetooth Channel Sounding technology. Built on the Nordic nRF54L15 chip, the series provides significant performance improvements with its 4th-generation radio and double-speed microprocessor. The ISP2454 modules feature a robust 128MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 processor, advanced security through Arm TrustZone^®, and increased memory capacity with 1.5MB of storage and 256KB of RAM. The fully integrated solution offers RF matching, an embedded antenna, and 32MHz and 32kHz crystals. The DC-DC support for each processor allows it to function as a complete Bluetooth node, only requiring a power supply for operation.
