SiT1566 / SiT1568 Super TCXO Oscillators

SiTime SiT1566 and SiT1568 Super TCXO Oscillators provide 32.768kHz ±5ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. SiTime SiT1566 and SiT1568 low power (4.5µA) temperature-compensated crystal oscillators feature a 1.2mm² footprint in a 1.5mm x 0.8mm CSP package and require no external bypass cap. SiT1568 includes in-system auto-calibration. SiT1566 and SiT1568 provide high stability for reduced system power and fewer network timekeeping updates.
