PTC Thermistors

TDK PTC Thermistors are thermally sensitive semiconductor resistors made of ceramic components whose electrical resistance rapidly increases when a certain temperature is exceeded. This feature makes TDK PTC Thermistors ideal for use in electrical and electronic engineering applications, for example as resettable fuses against current overload or as short circuit protection in motors. Applications include measurement and control engineering, entertainment, household, and automotive electronics, and data systems and telecommunications.

Superior SMD PTC热敏电阻

TDK B59602 and B59603 PTC SMD Thermistors provide thermal management in LED driver circuits. Constructed as ceramic PTC SMD thermistors, these devices feature a maximum operating voltage of 32V_DC, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C/+145°C, and a resistance tolerance of 5% to 50%. TDK PTC thermistors for thermal management in LED driver circuits are ideal for DC/DC converters, home appliances, dimmers, electronic ballasts, and overtemperature protection of power components.
