Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are available in four packages (DO-214AC (SMA), DO-214AA (SMB), DO-214AB (SMC), SOD-123W) to provide a wide variety of choices to meet the customer's design requirements. These devices are available in 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A forward current (I_F) ratings and repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) choices of 40V, 60V, and 100V. The peak forward surge current (I_FSM) is available in either 70A, 100A, or 145A ratings. These Taiwan Semiconductor Schottky Barrier Rectifiers have a low power loss and are highly efficient.
